A real dealer does not change the underlying mathematics. Decisions matter in blackjack, while roulette and baccarat provide no reliable way to predict the next result. To compare tables and control a session, use these checks:
- Compare the individual wager. RTP and house edge may differ between main bets and side bets; one headline percentage does not describe every chip position.
- Read settlement rules first. Know how ties, dealer qualification, commissions and void rounds are treated before the countdown starts.
- Use strategy only where decisions apply. A blackjack chart must match that table’s rules; a pattern in past roulette results is not a predictive strategy.
- Set a spending and time ceiling. Faster dealing can produce more wagers per hour even when the chip size stays unchanged.
If observation is permitted, watch a round without staking money to learn the layout and pace. Seeing earlier results does not improve the probability of the next independent outcome.
